Arrival of the first World Challenge brigade to Bolivia on the fiscal year 2010
Over the years, the partnership between World Challenge and Habitat for Humanity Bolivia has been strengthened to such an extent that many young people and leaders of teams continue to maintain contact with workers from the national office and the beneficiary families.

In this 2010 fiscal period, Habitat for Humanity Bolivia has just received the first brigade of World Challenge in Cochabamba composed of 18 young Englishmen, who worked along with their teachers in the construction of 5 houses in the community, Maria Auxiliadora. Beside they left a kind donation in valued at Bs. 1346 (around 200 US Dollars).

Promoting the new strategy of volunteer recruiting process, the volunteers slept in the community, further enriching their knowledge and personal experience of the difficulties the families in Bolivia go through every day.
That same night at an event full of gratitude, the volunteers received their certificates from the hands of working families for their help in their homes, they also tasted traditional food cooked by members of the community and danced late into the night.
